We aim to guarantee consistently high quality. To achieve this, we conduct strict incoming
and outgoing goods inspections, monitor ongoing production
and ensure comprehensive documentation.
Furthermore, tool test certificates according to EN 10204 3.1, ongoing supplier assessments, and regular customer audits are standard practice.
Last but not least, a permanent staff with many years of professional experience guarantees compliance with the consistent quality, environmental and energy policy of PENTAC Polymer GmbH.
All work processes are based on the QS guidelines (ISO 9001 / TS 16949). Through an integrated management system of ISO 9001:2015 | ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018, we not only consider quality according to standardized standards, but also the environment and the careful use of energy sources. This is constantly monitored by TÜV Hessen.
